Winter Semester: Tanya III
Letters of Repentance
The Letters of Repentance (Igeret HaTeshuvah), the third section of the Tanya, offers a revolutionary and compassionate redefinition of Teshuvah—Repentance. Not as guilt or despair, but as a profound return to one’s essence and to G-d. In this course, we’ll explore the spiritual dynamics of the soul, the inner mechanics of sin and atonement, and the path to genuine transformation. With the Alter Rebbe’s teachings as our guide, we’ll uncover how Teshuvah is not only a response to failure, but a calling to higher connection, deeper joy, and renewed purpose. This is not just a study of repentance, it’s a blueprint for soulful living, every day of the year.
