Join the Mentch Club for a meatology workshop and tasting with renowned kosher pitmaster Dani Goldblatt of Holy Smokes BBQ!

Go behind the butcher’s counter and discover the fascinating world of kosher meat—learn about the different cuts, what makes each one unique, and the secrets to preparing, grilling and smoking them to perfection.

Evening includes a tasting experience featuring a variety of premium meats, charcuterie, appetizers, wine and beer.
